As seems to be the tradition, I was the opening speaker at Monday’s London Lean Kanban Day 2015, organised by Jose Casal and hosted by the BCS in London. My talk gathers together a few strands that appear on positiveincline.com from time to time:

  2. Hi Martien, of course you can, and that would be analogous to just-in-time replenishment. For most teams however, it is valuable to treat regular (cadenced) replenishment as an opportunity for customer feedback, so we like to teach this as one of Kanban’s feedback loops (core practice 5). You could make this a discussion point in the debrief after round 1.
